10 Reasons Why "Now" Is the Best Time to Buy Real Estate in the Philippines.

I have been in the real estate business for more than 10 years. During my day to day meetings with my friends and clients, I was often asked about the situation of buying and selling business in the Philippines. Understandably, because almost everyday we are hearing negative news about the world economy, lay-offs, retrenchments and offer of early retirement packages.

This was their usual questions , "during this time is it the right time to buy properties in the Philippines?". Of course, my answers were always -" YES". Below are my the reasons WHY :

1. Prices and term of payments in buying real estate nowadays are very flexible.

2. At present, developers and sellers of real estate properties are very cooperative.

3. Financial institutions such as
PAG-IBIG and banks are much willing to lend money.

4. Interest rates now in acquiring Philippine properties have never been this good.

5. The sellers are willing to take less than the value of their properties.

6. Baka magastos mo money mo. You might not be able to have the opportunity to buy your dream house and lot.
